PKR55 Terms and Conditions — Know Before You Play

1. Introduction

If PKR55 discovers that an account is being used by or on behalf of a minor, the account will be closed immediately, all funds will be returned net of any withdrawals already made, and the matter may be escalated further.

3. Account Registration

Each person is permitted to hold one PKR55 account only. Having multiple accounts — regardless of whether they use different names, email addresses, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, PKR55 will consolidate or close the additional accounts and review the balance accordingly.

When registering, you are required to provide your real name, a valid Pakistani mobile number, a working email address, and a date of birth. All of this information must be accurate and kept up to date. If your contact details change, you are responsible for updating them in your account settings or by contacting support.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. This means keeping your password private, not sharing login details with any third party, and ensuring you log out of shared devices after each session. Any activity that occurs on your account while authenticated is treated as authorised by you. PKR55 is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to secure your credentials.

PKR55 staff will never ask for your password or OTP via phone, email, or any messaging platform. If anyone contacts you claiming to be PKR55 and requests these details, do not share them and report the contact to our support team immediately.

4. Deposits & Payments

All financial transactions on PKR55 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). There is no internal currency conversion, credit token system, or foreign exchange rate applied at any point. The amount you deposit in PKR is the amount credited to your PKR55 balance.

PKR55 currently supports the following deposit methods:

Bank transfers may take longer depending on your bank's processing schedule. PKR55 does not charge a deposit fee on its end, however your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges — check with your provider before initiating a transfer.

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or receiving deposits from a third party, is not permitted. PKR55 reserves the right to request proof of payment ownership at any time as part of standard verification checks.

5. Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available PKR55 balance at any time, subject to the conditions below. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure to ensure funds return to their source.

Conditions that apply to all withdrawals:

• Your account must be fully verified (identity and payment method) before a withdrawal can be processed. If verification is pending, submit the required documents promptly to avoid delays.
• Any active bonus balance with an unmet wagering requirement is not available for withdrawal until the wagering conditions are satisfied or the bonus is cancelled.

Withdrawal processing times depend on the method selected. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals for verified accounts are typically processed within a few hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take one to three business days. PKR55 does not charge withdrawal fees on its end, but your payment provider's own charges may apply.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

PKR55 offers various bonuses and promotions including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free bets, cashback deals, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL, T20 World Cup, and other cricket tournaments. Each promotion has its own specific terms which are published at the time the offer is made available.

• Bet Acceptance: Bets are only accepted once a confirmation message is displayed on screen. A bet slip being filled in does not constitute a placed bet. Always wait for confirmation before navigating away from the bet slip.

• Live Betting: In-play bets are processed in real time. Delays between events occurring on the field and odds updating on screen are inherent to live betting. Attempting to systematically exploit these delays — commonly called "courtsiding" — is prohibited and will result in bet voidance and potential account suspension.

8. Casino & Game Rules

• Disconnection During Play: If your internet connection drops during an active casino game or fish game session, the round in progress will be resolved automatically according to the game's standard rules. PKR55 is not responsible for losses caused by connectivity issues on your end.

You may also request to close your own account at any time by contacting PKR55 support. If you close your account voluntarily while a balance remains, any verified available funds will be returned to your registered payment method following a standard security review.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, PKR55 is not obligated to return funds that were obtained through prohibited conduct. Decisions on balance treatment in breach cases will be communicated to the account holder in writing.

12. Limitation of Liability

PKR55 provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PKR55's liability to you in connection with your use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in your PKR55 account at the time the issue arose. PKR55 is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to secure your account credentials, your use of the platform on an unsecured or shared device, or your decision to continue playing after becoming aware of a technical issue.
